How long have you been hosting?

Paperlove.info has been online and hosting since October 5th, 2009, and it’s going to continue its services for a long time coming.

Where can I receive hosting updates?

Just follow us on twitter.

Is it a lucrative business?

No. The money we earn is used to pay hosting and domain fees (at least 50% of it).

Do you offer refunds?

No. Our fees are too low to offer a refund without PayPal having us pay a commission.

When will you activate my account?

We usually setup and activate accounts immediately, but it might happen that we are not online for a few days, in which case we would attend at your request as soon as we are back to work. If we don’t reply within 2 weeks, please feel free to re-apply.

Do you accept free domains like .co.cc, .cz.cc, etc.?

Of course, and you can use them with whichever domain plan you wish.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we will only accept PayPal as a payment method. Soon we shall accept AlertPay as well.
